Volunteer at the Farmers Market
For 2008 the Brownsville Farmers' Market will be located at the vacant lot across the street (north) from City Hall. We run on Saturdays from 9 am to 1 pm opening April 19th and closing the last Saturday in October. We feature local produce vendors, organic and conventional, and have plant sellers, egg producers, producers of pies, breads and other processed items and craft artisans. Often we have musicians to entertain customers at tables scattered around the site.. It is a very relaxed small town atmosphere.
